Office of the CEO

• The Chief Executive Officer (Town Clerk) is the chief executive and accounting officer of the local authority.

• The Chief Executive Officer administers the affairs of the local authority and coordinates the activities of the town council.

• Serves as the communication link between the Council, Management Committee and Departments.

• Renders services such as Customer Care & Events Management, Corporate Communications, Council Secretariat and Bilateral Programme and Internal Auditing also resort under the CEO’s office.

• Facilitates services to the benefit of the external customers of the town council, including government ministries, foreign embassies, regional councils, institutions of learning, corporate institutions, non-governmental institutions and the general public.
